These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the services provided by Spanish Language Services LLC, operating as Spanish Language Center ("Spanish Language Center", "we", "our", or "us"). By registering for any of our courses or services, you agree to these Terms.

Spanish Language Center provides:
Courses may be delivered in person, online, or in a hybrid format depending on availability.
Registration becomes valid only after:
Places are allocated on a first-paid, first-served basis.
Spanish Language Center reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations where necessary.
Full payment is required before:
Installment payments are not available unless expressly agreed in writing.
Failure to complete payment before the start date may result in cancellation of the booking.
Group courses require a minimum of two (2) students.
If the minimum number is not reached, Spanish Language Center may:
Students may cancel before the course starts.
In this case:
After the course has started, course fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
If Spanish Language Center cancels a scheduled class due to teacher illness, emergency, technical issues or other circumstances, the class will be rescheduled at another mutually suitable time.
If an entire course is cancelled before commencement, students may choose between:
Students must attend at least 80% of scheduled lessons to receive a Certificate or Diploma of Completion.
Attendance records maintained by Spanish Language Center shall be considered final.
Private lesson packages remain valid for three (3) months from the purchase date unless otherwise stated.
Students may cancel or reschedule a private lesson with at least 24 hours' notice.
Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full lesson fee.
Spanish Language Center reserves the right to substitute teachers when necessary while maintaining the same educational standards.

Students are responsible for:
Spanish Language Center is not responsible for technical failures on the student's side.
Lessons may only be recorded with the prior written or verbal permission of the teacher.
Unauthorised recording, copying or distribution of classes is strictly prohibited.
Students are expected to:
Harassment, discrimination, abusive language or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate removal from classes without refund.
All educational materials, including but not limited to:
remain the exclusive intellectual property of Spanish Language Center or their respective copyright owners.
Students may use these materials solely for their own personal educational purposes.
Copying, reproducing, publishing, distributing, sharing or selling any materials without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
Spanish Language Center reserves the right to replace teachers whenever necessary due to illness, scheduling conflicts or operational requirements.
Teacher substitutions do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
Some programmes are intended exclusively for adults.
Children's courses have separate age requirements which are published with each individual programme.
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors comply with these Terms.
Students attending in-person classes agree to comply with all safety procedures established by Spanish Language Center.
Students who pose a health or safety risk may be refused entry where appropriate.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Spanish Language Center shall not be liable for:
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the student for the affected service.
Spanish Language Center shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Where reasonably possible, affected lessons will be rescheduled.
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By registering, students consent to the collection and processing of personal information necessary to provide our educational services.
Users agree not to:
Spanish Language Center reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
The latest version published on our website shall apply to all future registrations.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
